Our Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Any deposits paid are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure that you wish to proceed with the hair extension fitting prior to booking an appointment
  • Cancellations will result in deposits being forfeited as a cancellation fee. A deposit will be required at the time of booking your application appointment.
  • Hair extension appointments will not be accepted without the payment of a deposit.
  • 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. For appointments rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee, and you will be required to pay a new deposit for the rescheduled appointment.
  • Remaining fees must be paid on the day of the application appointment. Payments may be made by cash, or bank transfer.
  • Refunds and replacements are not given under any circumstances.
  • Our price list is intended for guidance only. Prices will vary according to individual client requirements, their natural hair types, their hair density and their natural hair colour. As each client is unique, accurate pricing can only be provided after a client consultation has taken place.
  • At Lorudu we reserve the right to amend prices at any time without warning and at our own discretion.
  • Please note, we do not remove, maintain or cut hair extensions fitted by any party other than Lorudu.
